Wine Dinner: If Wine Could Talk + A Culinary Journey

Chef Tom Gray has collaborated with local authors Kara Joseph and Jeffrey Spear to transport your taste buds on a guided tour of food and wine from around the world. The three have put together a menu that illuminates their extensive travel history and knowledge of wine pairings. 

For added fun, we will be serving the wines blind, so that Kara can walk you through the flavor profiles and personal stories behind each. The menu is Chef Tom's adaptation of dishes featured in Jeffrey's book, My Life In Gluttony: A Culinary Adventure. Jeffrey will use his gift of culinary storytelling to guide you through each course prepared by the Prati Italia team, that reflect his journeys all over the globe.

$125 per ticket, includes tax + gratuity. Must be 21 or older to attend.

We have partnered with local bookstore, San Marco Books and More, to bring you the books by Jeff and Kara. We do recommend pre-ordering, but will also have a copies on hand that evening. Click the bookstore's name to pre-order; books will be available at the author's reception.

You are invited to enjoy bubbles and bites at our meet-the-authors reception upstairs at Prati Italia preceding the seated dinner, which will take place downstairs. If you do not wish to attend the opening reception, please be sure to arrive by 6:30pm for our seated portion.
